Launch Control - Season 4, Episode 2 - “The Rivals Within: Part 2”
Travis Pastrana and Christian Edstrom hold a slim lead going into Day 2 of the Rally in the 100 Acre Wood. Their teammates, David Higgins and Craig Drew, are relishing the role of the hunter. Trailing by just seven seconds, with seventy miles of competition remaining…the rally win is still up for grabs. Who will fire the opening salvo in the Battle of the Teammates?
Meanwhile, closer to home, the Red Bull Global Rallycross team undergoes an initial shakedown of the new car. The concepts and improvements on paper must now be proven on the track.

Dear Subaru, Thanks for this awesome web series. I hope more people know about this series. You should promote it more. Maybe showing it at all Subaru dealers across the country. I think more people will enjoy watching this than reading some random magazine while waiting for their oil change at dealers.

My week has gone about as badly wrong as it's possible to go, and fourteen minutes of grinning like a madman to a new episode has greatly improved it. There's nothing quite like the sights and sounds of a rally car being caned down a dirt road to lift the spirits.

I'd love to see the same camera position in both cars, same stage, with starting frames synced up. Left side of screen/left channel audio/Higgins, and Pastrana's on the right. I'd even be okay with editing out sections of the stages as long as the screens stayed synced.

Loved it. They were flying. They might want to stiffen up them bumpers. Poor David bet he was so mad, agree with the bad loser thing. But we don't get to see the full spectrum. May be it was made to to seem like they were sore losers. Cause David legitimately seems like a humble person. Good racing. Maybe Rally America could put on some Highlights too. Would be cool.

Eh, David got a perfect season last year which is a total testament to his ability to win, Travis will never have that. Plus in the current 2016 Rally America standing David is 1st place by over 40 details to Pastrana s 7th. Pastrana kinda "got lucky", his driving style involves taking huge uncalculated risks, sometimes they pay off, other times it leaves him DNF.
