nowr2run none of my Jeeps have a light on right now so I havent tried it out on them but this unit should be able to pull that trouble code for you.

nowr2run this scanner will not work. I just tried it on my 96 & 97 ZJ and it does not support vehichle info and will not even give you the option for ABS like in the vehichles I scanned in the video

I bet it will not work on ABS in a 96 ZJ. More then likely get a comm error like most aftermarket scan tools

Reekor you may be right. our ZJs are older tech this unit may not be compatible with

@@barricadegarage5361 As you might already know the 96 ABS system was a one off for that year with the ABS controller under the dash. I have yet to find a scan tool of new or old that will even communicate with the 96 other then the DRB3. For an aftermarket scan tool you can't go wrong with Launch or Autel but you do get what you pay for and the more you pay the more you get. Great point ZJs are older tech. Older cars seem best served by older scan tools of the same era. Great channel love your Jeep videos as I have two 96 ZJ's and a 99WJ. Thanks for doing what you do.

Reekor nope wont work. just tried it on my 97 & 96 ZJ. Vehichle info isnt supported and it wont even give you the option for ABS like the vehichles in the video

@@barricadegarage5361 This far on the 96 ABS I have tried an Autel DS708, OTC Genisys, Innova 3120 , Snap-on MT2500 with no luck. Just to put it out there all of the above did work on a 99 WJ.
