Love your videos I find them really relaxing to watch, just idea after watching you pack so many of the punch needle kits, did you consider different way of packing them for shipping like design the outside of the box differently to just add shipping label and send them or put them into polymailer bags? I think that that would save you money, time you spend packing and space in the office as well.

You have a good point about price and handmade goods. Another way to spread the work and avoid rush with time consuming item is to offer a limited number of design, usually for a set period of time. That way you can build an inventory and be ready for rushes. It’s not for everyone, some people really dislike doing, say, 4 designs again and again. Personally I really like having little collections “grab it while it last” style. I feel like a big enterprise, releasing super exclusive products hihi 😊

So happy seeing your business blossom. Such a blessing! I have an idea as to your packing, you can divide each otder in a slot tray or get your pegboard and put all the keychaibs on them by order, if they're more than 1 keychain. Abd put numbers on your shipping labels to match with a sticky not on each peg with the keychain order. I hope I'm making sense. Maybe that will help.
