I can tell you today I just found out that China Hong Kong has gotten into my business page on Facebook and Facebook probably knew all about it and I wasn’t informed. I am now seeing a site that looks like it may be selling my products on there, it is my products and I’m not sure how they got on there. I am patented. I am trademarked I amcertified. I am awarded by Cornell University jumpstart program. And I need to know what the heck I have to do without spending $10,000 just to get the answer.

Have your lawyer send A cease and desist letter is a cautionary letter sent to an alleged wrongdoer describing the alleged misconduct and demanding that the alleged misconduct be stopped. A cease and desist letter provides notice that legal action may and will be taken if the conduct in question continues & understand the cost to go back n forth in court will cost allot & may not be worth your time, but is a decision you have to make after weighing out cost to benefit vs overall loss. @@thethruthchannel you’re absolutely right. There are things you can do to minimize the knock offs. But realize first of all if someone is knocking you off congratulations. The only knock off products that are doing well.
