Also it's not mentioned that was it a brand new TCM or used one. From description of the codes looks like brand new but there is still software mismatched between TCM and ECM ...does this tool do software update too ?

I bought a second hand gearbox and the tcm for the gearbox says Locked... Will it be unlocked and the car will move if we follow the instructions of this video?

it is X431 Pad V, the flagship model of Launch.

yes, you can purchase the X-Prog from Launch local distributors and use together with your current scan tool. But X431 Pad V have much more functions than your model.
