Ok 8 baht a unit is ok, if you use fan you will use like 300 units depends how much you are in your room, air-con all night it will be double

It is not that much. I usually outside doing videos all day. I may spend 6 hours in the room🏖️⛱️

Price in Thailand is unit, 1 unit is 1 kWh, most of the time the ask 7 baht a unit because service charge , here in Holland we pay now 25 baht a unit but we not need airco only fan is here enough, if you use airco let them clean the airco filters is only 300 baht and you will have fresh air in your room. It is only one month rent for about 13k Bahts ($400). It is still cheaper than paying hotel room about $30 per day * 30 = $900 ($30k Bahts monthly). The room has everything including a kitchen🏖️⛱️

It is a very nice room with most electric equipments in conditions. The monthly rent for about 12k Bahts + 1k electric and water ($400). The room has the best view and security system ⛱️🏖️

@@TravelFunAsiaPlus yes good price for the room, Phuket is more expensive than Pattaya, in Pattaya you can get nice room for 7 k a month without electricity and water.

@@Jeroen49Holland Phuket has over 40 beaches. Only Patong is expensive because of many foreign tourists. If we go away from Patong, other places in Phuket are cheaper like Rawai, Phuket Town, Kamala, Bangtao and Maichao ⛱️🏖️
