Nicely done Laila. It was fun to watch this formula.The song kind of reminds me of Clapton’s “Layla”, two very different songs in one, except with both smashed together at the end... but I’m thinking your preferences may be more traditional than modern... not sure. I am thinking you might be able to do the same thing with Paar Chanaa De, a traditional song with a curious Coke Studio twist.

Hi Michael! Glad you enjoyed! I think I enjoy more modern than traditional usually 😅. I just wasn't a fan of the mixing in this one. It very much felt like two very different songs that didn't really tell a cohesive story. I think if each song had had its own video, I very much would have enjoyed Baliye. Ahh yes Layla by Eric Clapton. One of two songs that are always sung at me 😂

Amir Khusro(1253-1325) He was a mystic and a spiritual was a disciple of Hazrat Nizamud Din Auliya, and loved his master to the hilt. Once Nizam ud Din got angry with Khusro, and such was his displeasure that he stopped talking with Khusro and did not even invite him for the wedding of his son. The Sehra was written by Khusro on the wedding of his master's son and eventually he was able to win back the favour of his master. Khusrau is regarded as the "father of qawwali" (a devotional form of singing of the Sufis in the Indian subcontinent), and introduced the ghazal style of song. U can also add BTS in the reaction to learn more about efforts.

Love the original.. old is gold.. however they were totally right to pick QB for this CS remake.. the mix with baliye part was completely unnecessary and that's why it sounds totally, as you put it, "trash" 🤣 Looking forward to more similar reaction videos!! 👍

Hi! I wouldn't say I'm biased towards women. Granted I far more enjoyed Musarrat Nazir and QB's performance than Haroon Shahid. I think the main thing that threw me off was both songs were played like singles. Baliye and Laung Gawacha were completely separate entities that didn't really mix together. One finished and the other started. Had they been separate videos/songs, I think I would have enjoyed it far more.
