I really enjoy her acting, and her accent intrigues me. I know she's Irish, but I've lived all over Ireland and I've never heard an accent like hers. Did she spend a lot of time in another country? Has she done a lot of vocal coaching? I'd love to know more about it.

Sounds like a bit of English inflections mixed in there. Probably a lot of time spent in England if I had to guess, resulting in some Irish/English mashup. Camilla Luddington has a similar situation, being English but having spent a long time in the US, thus having elements of both accents.
