This cat is very daring in the sense that it actually bothers to check if the water is safe to across instead of instantly assuming it’s not safe (unless it is clear to the cat that is is dangerous). I saw an orange cat run through my yard about six weeks ago, I thought maybe someone dumbed it, so I asked my neighbors if it belonged to them, it didn't, I set up a trail camera in my yard, no luck, I've never seen the cat again, as you said, I can't imagine how hard it would be to get the shots they got of a wild cat, I'm wondering if it's staged somehow.
