I live there and all though it is kind of shitty especially for the lower class and lower middle class (I say this as someone who is part of the lower middle class) and know one can drive, it's an amazing city. I was trying whether or not to stay in Chicago. Getting a $50.00 parking ticket when I had time remaining on my PARK CHICAGO app made my decision easier. This town has issues.
