Laura is it normal on golden barrels for the needles to get more golden and into darker browns near the base of mature plants? We have one that’s about 12” across (prob 5 or more years old) in a big half wine barrel pot and it’s starting to get golden brown at the base. Wondering if it somehow got a little too much water lately or if it’s too hot out or if this is just normal look for them.
