I always get a kick out of how big the plants are. I am in zone 5 and although I plant every succulent my local shops sell, it isn't very many and they stay small for a long time. Thanks for all the information. I have learned how to take care of my "little" plants better.

Incredible. Laura, You are a gifted designer. I didn't see the citrus fruits showing up until after you cleaned up the "hot mess". I have been learning from your videos for over a year and I dream of having our garden designed by you in near future. God bless you and your crew family. Marie Pham

My dad and I can hardly handle trimming plants. He always says, “Let the tree be a tree!!” I just let things grow or die on their own but it looks so ugly compared to your results. I need to learn now strategically maintain plants for more yield, healthier plants, and a prettier space!!!

Hi Laura, I love your passion and work, beautiful places. I have a question, I do love cactus and succulents and I was wondering if it is safe to plant them together, if doesn't interfere in the growth and watering. Please advise, thank you in advance Patricia Maqueda.

Patricia Maqueda as long as different watering needs are addressed, plant away!

How cold can succulents deal with? I would love my succulents to get that giant here in South Carolina, cuz it's sunny & sweltering 😅 but I can't put them in the ground cuz of the winter months right?

Meir Derman plant a gorgeous rockscape! Bring in lots of topsoil for mounding and creating unjulation and then stage lots and lots of interesting boulders! Plant tough specimens S accents like cactus and some Agaves. You can google “cold hardy succulents” for a complete list, and top dress with decorative gravel. Exterior illumination is a must in a rockscape, too. You want to get those beautiful, dramatic shadows at night! Good luck😊

You just poked your pruners down in the crown of the aloe to display the aloe mite canker and then walked over and clipped a stem off the next plant without disinfecting your clippers. And then continued around the garden doing the same. Risky. Spreading pests and disease.

WHY DOES SO MUCH HAVE TO BE DONE... if a garden is carefully planned? Things live in nature without treatment.
