PFC Shane Taylor Golden Angel Flight and Military Honors

PFC Shane Taylor Golden was born June 18, 1998. If you asked Shane what he wanted to be when he grew up.....His answer was simple -- A Marine!
Shane enlisted in the Marine Corps and graduated from bootcamp on July 1, 2021, as his platoons Honorman.
Shane was stationed at the oldest active post in the Marine Corps "8th & I" located in Washington DC. He was honored to be training as part of the Rifle Guard Platoon.
Shane was of strong character. His smile was infectious and he gave the best hugs. Shane passed away due to injuries following an accident. He will be missed by all. #SayTheirNames #AHeroRememberedNeverDies #HonoringOurFallen #neverforget
