Yaasmeen96 Don't have Oven, diabetics, diet... in my case I don't have Oven and I can't have it because my house it's old and if I want an oven I need to do some-more things that just buy it.

yuilo iori den you can one of those toaster ovens they do the same thing and all you have to do is plug it in

yuilo iori den You can actually use for example smashed kit kat mixed with butter as a replacement for the pastry and don't need to bake it in an oven. :)

Lucy Brooks Yh It does need that :P Im suprised she didnt either, I use such ganache to layer my cakes with, and a bit of coffe is a must always, and a pinch of cayenne :D

that was because you add a pinch of coffee to chocolate cakes because the cocoa powder does not give that really deep chocolate flavour, especially when you have to add eggs and flour to the batter. she used only chocolate and cream for the filling and the chocolate flavour should be rich enough :)

Rose Manupello You can :P just find some healthy no-bake base recipe example raw fig crust, top it with 70% or better dark choclate ganache (follow lauras recipe, just use 70% dark chocolae or better and instead of cream use coconut cream or diary-free milk - u'll need less milk if you choose to use it) and u have urself, chocolate, healthy tart.

Hi Laura! I just wanted to tell you that I eventually made one of your recipes. I made this recipe (Chocolate Ganache Tart) and I really loved it. My mother found it yum yummy and I sent a picture of the tart to my friends and they told me it looks great. By the way, it took less time than I thought to make. It's a very simple recipe! Thank you for sharing it with us. I have been watching your videos for around two years and I finally decided to take a step and try one of your recipes, and I will definitely try out more of them in the future. Thank you very much again! PS: I substituted the chocolate Graham Crackers (which I couldn't find in my local supermarket) for another kind of chocolate cookie, but the recipe turned out great anyway ^,^.
