Laura basically taught me how to cook and this dish was where I started, honestly... I had no cooking experience at the time, but this meal is so fool proof! I swear by this dish and it has become my go-to dish over the past 2 years! I'm a college student and, being pressed for time and money, it is hard to find a recipe that suits me. Saving on ingredients means that I can up the spending for the salmon and the veggies really fill out the dish. The combination of cheap veggies and omega and Vitamin D stuffed salmon leaves you full and is very healthy. Thank you, Laura for being the cooking mamma that I never had!

For all the people who say Laura talks too much, you all need to check yourselves. Obviously that's just the way she talks, I'm not trying to intimidate you all, but stop watching her videos if she talks so much. I mean, what do you expect she's teaching you how to cook. Cooking is one of the most challenging things that there is and if you can't appreciate her trying to help you, then whatever. I'm just saying!😊

+AG2003 I don't know. Ultimately it's all about the recipe, and if you got a lame duck recipe, no matter how much talking you do it can't make a lame duck recipe any better. But, I do agree that during her talk, she does give some good tips.

I like my salmon raw, fresh out of the river. If I have to cook it, 1/4 cook should be sufficient. Salmon meat are meant to be eat raw. Fully cook is too dry. Everytime I see a fully cook salmon at a buffet, to me it's a waste of the fish meat.
