A very Happy Birthday, Laura..🎉 🎂🍭 my husband's was Aug 4th...Your intros are so lovely...the yummy food and beautiful buildings. Its been a very many years, but I remember that feeling after a long run....I was teaching aerobics classes and weight training in San Luis Obispo Ca for 10 yrs and would go for long runs across town on Saturdays. Hey, I saw someone on KZbin that’s also running a marathon and she starting wearing a lululemon running vest and she loves it for her run. Maybe that can be something you may want to invest. (I am not a runner so I dunno) but maybe it will make it easy to keep you water and stuff while you run.

Hi Laura! I'm cheering you on and praying for you. 🙏 The furthest I ran was 14 miles when I trained. Congratulations 🎊 I'll share an electrolyte drink with you that you can make at home. In a 16oz bottle, add 1 TBSP ACV, 1 tsp lime juice, 3 drops liquid stevia (optional), 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp "No Salt" or "Nu Salt" ( You can find in the salt aisle). Add sparkling water or unflavored seltzer. Game changer when dehydrated! Also, I questioned myself every day when I trained. Also a bucket list item at the time. My best advice: Pay attention to your body's specific needs each and every day and try not to force it into submission. ❤😊
