You need to get a essential oils in a diffuser especially if you have asthma. So many beautiful oils especially the ouds. Spanish products are not on our shelves in the UK for a reason, the chemicals in these products are outstanding. For laundry use the lenor "LOVE" edition in the purple bottle, also wipe the radiators with this on a damp cloth so when heating is on you will get a blast of perfume in every room

Try delphis products I clean 5 days a week even method makes me cough. I love to Astonish cream cleaner smell!
