I owe you a HUGE thank you! I have similar flooring throughout my house and it has been so hard to keep up mostly due to a 3 hour roundtrip daily commute and 8 hour workday. I never knew something like that vac/mop combo even existed. I bought one right after watching your video and although it's not exactly the same model as yours it is an absolute miracle. Just finished using it today for the first time and my floors look spectacular! It was quick and easy and I am so happy about it. As a 61-year-old I don't think I'm your usual target audience but I will be watching a lot more now. Thank you!!

As a fellow Asian putting a wet paper towl on top of your cool and hard rice and then placing it into the microwave will do wonders! Ice cubes add too much moisture but a wet paper towel will do a lot better because it controls the amount that goes in!
