Lovely Laura: About the rug for your upper landing, there is this great webb side adress call Rug vista and also her more expensive sister call Carpet vista, where I am almost sure, you may find the perfect size and style rug for that landing space... I have purchased myselvej few rugs from them, and also my sisters and we are extremely happy not only with the items, but also with their incredible fast and efficient service !!!! I wish you all the luck with it😊 Your house by the way, is my opinion, very beautiful...It has it all... Timeless elegance, warmth and very smart design solutions...And is only going to get more and more beautiful as you progress in the renovations...It is something for sure, to be greatly proud!!!! We just had this discussion for our rugs at our upstairs landing! For the rug on the landing, I love it next to the color palette of the wardrobe. Center it on the wardrobe and then find another appropriately sized rug for the top of the stairs before the wardrobes laid in the opposite direction to the first rug. So the rug at the wardrobe is lengthwise and the new rug at the stairs is width wise. It creates a nice transitional space and intentional space in front of the wardrobes for when you stop to use them.

What a difference you have made to the space! I like how classy it looks! I was wondering what happend to the gorgeous wardrobe on the landing in the before footage? Your renovations are absolutely stunning! I recommend getting some thin flocked clothes hangers for your wardrobes. I switched all of mine and will never go back to plastic. They fit so many more clothes into the same space and the clothes don't slip off the hangers.

Just get a sensor night lights. I have battery ones in bedroms, hallway, bathroom etc.. so easy.. no talking, the just turn on when you move get out of bed.

It all looks so beautiful and so much work you guys put into it!!! I like that rug in the landing...it would look nice centered in front of the storage unit. A longer narrow rug isn't the same shape as the space itself. The rug is very pretty and goes well with color of the cabinet. Did you have to clean out all of the stuff that was there when you bought it or did the seller take it out???
