To respond to that last piece…I indeed feel that the PURPOSE of any kind of therapy or therapeutic practice, should be to help us connect more deeply to our own intuition. And a whole person approach that integrates body, mind, spirit and heart, can more easily allow our intuition to arise naturally inside of us. 🙏✨🙏
