Hi Lauren! Idk if you’ll see this but for your tongue I have the same problem and what I like to use is a “Oragel toothache and Gum relief gel” it basically numbs the part where u put the gel and then you don’t feel the pain anymore, I hope this could help you !

Hey!! I also have very large genetic canker sores! And for me there has been only one solution! It is called Chloraseptic! It's a cherry spray that number the pain and even though one spray only lasts for around 20 minutes, the bottles are pretty cheap at any drug store. Me and my dad both suffer from very bad canker sores and this has been the only solution we have found over many years! I hope you see this and I hope it helps!

Hey Lauren! I totally understand canker sores, I get them frequently, mainly due to stress and anxiety. Sometimes, I will have multiple canker sores and it is not fun for sure. I've tried everything you said as well, I also use Kanka and Orajel. I would just keep doing the warm saltwater and also try taking Bee Propolis in the morning and at night. It helps with throat and mouth infections. I find with combinations of these things, it helps with the process of healing. I hope this helps! Unfortunately what I have researched and what the dentist has told me, you have to wait it out for canker sores to heal, which sucks. You're amazing! :)

Hey Lauren! If you are battling soars in your mouth, try drinking a flat teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda in water once a day for like 2 or 3 days (the soars shouldgo awayby then). Sometimes if our body's pH is more to the sour side (caused by eating to much sweets ect) we tend to get soars in our mouth. I don't promise that it will work. But try it out, it just might!😁👍🏻

I completely hear you about picking the skin aroudn your nails. I used to bit my nails. Somehow stopped and now I have an OCD called dermatillomania where I pick the skin. It's definitely embarrassing and i catch myself doing it all the time. If one gets really bad I use polysporin and a band-aid overnight and that tends to help at least the redness go down.

Lauren if you have an issue ith canker sores you can buy this cream called lidocaine. You apply it to the sore and it numbs it for maybe half an hour. it really worksbecause i used it MANY times. The only downside is that it has a bad taste so after you use it just spit into the sink and rinse out you mouth. It doesnt necessarily help the sore disappear faster but it def gives relief

You’ve probably already tried this but in case you haven’t you should try gel tips. They’re basically clear fake nail that use the same formula as get polish so they can bond. So you put on a layer of gel and put on the nail and then harden it under a UV light and then you can paint them how ever you want and it’s WAY WAY better or your nails then acrylics and nail glue. And they hang on pretty good!

After seeing you post about yours I went & got one finally & your absolutely correct they are amazing besides my Ninja Crockpot it's my most used appliance.
