I think this is one of the most beautiful pieces of music that I've ever heard in my entire life. And I'm not overexaggerating. The music fits the scene so perfectly, it can not even be described by words. This is one of the movies where you forget that it is just a fictional work. I forgot about time and life and I was IN the movie. This is... perfect. Or the thing that comes nearest to it...

It's a really powerful scene. And the soundtrack was masterfully matched with the picture and the story. Dolan is an extremely talented young director. Personally I love him for the colors and strong emotions provoked by his works (they are truly more felt than anything else). This scene is a great example of that. My other favorites are Ozon and Almodovar - I highly recommend both :)

Laurence Anyways wouldn't be such a masterpiece without such great music. I don't know if Dolan shot the scene with this music in his mind or if it was composed after. But in both cases it is brillant. Thank you for making this
