Melasma you can help by asking your dermatologist for a prescription for hydroquinone or you can use vitamin c or a dark spot correcting serum in the meantime to help lighten. Also a sunscreen everyday so it doesn’t get worse from the sun. Skinbetterscience also has a product you can put on before sunscreen for extra help protecting against the UVA/UVB rays.

Yes! I had/have the same thing postpartum and using hydroquinone! Also dermatologist just said wear lots of spf and hats. Basically stay out of the sun, because it will come back 🙈
