I agree, client retention is KEY. Those are the ones who become regulars, they spend more money AND they are the ones who refer their friends and family. 😘

I just wanted to let you know how much you have impacted my life! One day I literally said to myself... I want to be a successful six-figure hairstylist. Of course it's not as easy as just saying it however I scoured KZbin and your video literally fell in my lap. I have been obsessively watching your videos because all I want to do is touch people's lives and then of course become successful and make good money from it as well. Thank you so much for sharing all of your knowledge and tips with everyone here on the internet. -Tylersue

Well this just made my day❤️ thank you so much. Very few are able to make it there but I believe it is absolutely possible for everyone which is why I do this. The only thing that will separate you from the people who don’t, is outlasting them 😉

I live in a small town and the economy is weird high and low but I've built a good clientele with hard work and skills but I need to raise my prices on long hair because everyone has it around here I'm on a reservation thick long hair how do I transition Them without offending them
@LaurenFrancesHair3 жыл бұрын
Totally! If you are talking about anything but a root touch, what I do is charge by the hour and give them an estimate on how long it will take. I always try to over estimate so they are never surprised 🙂

Hi, I am a hairstylist in Ghana, Africa and I have found you videos really helpful! Thanks a lot. I have a question though. Do you think it's a good idea to use celebrities (actors , musicians, TV personalities as hair models) as hair models? I think they'd appreciate the free service and since they usually have a large social media following of people who admire certain characteristics that they have like their hair it would get the word out about my services while I get to build a solid portfolio. What do you think? I initially was going to start out with discounts and Groupons but I have decided from watching you videos to not do that and to instead replace it with better practices. Still binge watching your videos, I'm learning a lot.

I don't know if you agree with this, but it is how I feel. If churches had this same heart we would grow the Kingdom faster! Instead of trying to change church structure to reach and pull people into buildings to have higher numbers; grow and invest in the parts of the body that are ALREADY Kingdom members, then they are the ones that go out and grow the Kingdom. I think this idea fits in all spheres of life: family, friendship, church and businesses is because it is Truth and that's how Truth works.

What are your thoughts on letting your clients know On your social media about your new price change?
@LaurenFrancesHair4 жыл бұрын
I personally never did that. I know most people do. Instead of a post telling everyone your price went up, I would just do a post saying, price is going up! Get in before (date) to save some money before the price increase. That way it is an incentive to come in soon instead of bad news that doesn’t make people excited to come in😊
