My colleagues and I started an April stepathon challenge which has made me so much keener to get out for a daily walk or run and, you're right, it makes such a big difference! Loved this vlog - I need to stock up on some Adanola bits for spring workouts. Would love a similar vlog to this with a what I eat in a day slant? x
