I just cannot get over the fact that Spontaneous is misspelled in such an expensive palette!! This should have been caught by quality control, even Natasha's demo palette had the mistake, and the promo pics have been edited to hide it! It's soooooo bad!!! 😞😞😞

I like that most of these larger palettes being released for Fall include neutral, cool & warm versions of a color family. So often a palette is all warm, all cool or very neutral. It's also nice to see a mix of red/pinks with orange/golden browns/golds. Really good colors for the Fall/Winter or anytime of year tbh.

I just have to tell you, I watch a variety of creators, influencers, whatever the case may be, and I find you to be the only one who is just authentic and genuine. You don't use a bunch of cheesy intro and ending lines, I never feel like you are talking about a product because it was sent to you and you feel obligated to say good things. I just really enjoy your videos!! This palette is so beautiful to me, I agree, it isn't unique and I'm sure I could dupe it, but something about it makes me want it and I will be getting it at some point!

So kinda random video suggestion, but tonight, I sat down with my Glam, Retro and My Dream palettes and pulled all of the shades out and mixed them up. Then I rearranged the palettes with the intermixed shades between all 3. My hope is to get more versatility out of all of them versus the Glam being JUST the cool toned one and the Retro being JUST the mauvey, pink one. I'm interested to see how her shades across palettes work together. Can't wait to start playing with all 3 of them!!! They feel brand new to me now ❤️

When i first saw the pictures of this palette i actually liked it and it was quite surprising sjnce i am not a neutrals kind of girl but i realised that i was drawn to it becuase of those purple/plum shades but seeing the swatches it isnt what i was expecting and even if they were the cool toned purples i was expecting i am definitely not buying a whole palette for just 2 shades, a detailed dupe the vibes will be super helpful

I thought it would be too warm and gold for me, but it was beautiful. To me, the My Dream Palette looks like an expansion of the right side of the Star Palette (the right side when looking at it).

My Dream looks like the Midi shade extension for the full-sized Star. In fact pairing the Mini Star and My Dream, I think would dupe the vibe of the full-sized Star palette.

I love your palette reviews! I especially love how you swatch out the the shades individually! Really give me a clear indication of what the shadows are like. I also find your tastes very similar to myself so I know I'll like it if you like it haha That said I highly recommend the retro palette. When it was released i was so disappointed because i loved the mini so much however I got the midi version and omg it is probably my favourite midi palette ND has done! Yes it's nothing like the mini but as it's own palette it's absolutely stunning and just makes you look so beautiful!

You should watch NDs launch video on her insta - there are two repeat shades and then some are her fav shades from previous palettes but in different formulas, so slightly tweaked. I think I’m skipping because of that but it does look so pretty! Your swatches are perfection as always ❤

For the longest time I thought nd was overpriced, over hyped, & I would never buy in. I was wrong. I got the jubilee in boxy & although that color story is odd, I could immediately see why nd was so loved. It kicked off a year long search for the nd palettes that would be right for me. So far I only have triochrome & 8 of the 5 pans as well as two of the minis. I still want circo loco & the purple blue, but because nd larger palettes are so expensive & I already own so much makeup, I need to find them on reselling apps. Great content Lauren! The vids where you make custom nd palettes are some of my favs!

I feel like Natasha took the right hand side of the Star palette and updated, reimagined and added warmth to it. Am I the only one? I remember seeing somewhere that Star is her favourite of all the palettes she has created, so it would make sense. I’ll pick this up at some point because Supernova/Serenity is my favourite eyeshadow (it’s a beautiful one-and-done eyeshadow) and I have a massive dip in my original. I am definitely not interested in anything Natasha Denono puts out but I'm gonna watch your videos anyway like always 🤣 your looks are always so beautiful. I get both bored and experience analysis paralysis from ND's palettes, and am not a fan of the way she responds to POC with condescension. My brown $$ won't go to her lol. Indies are where my heart's at! I have been playing with layering iridescent multichromes over various bases for the fall to create "one-shadow" looks that reflect but aren't as multicolored as my usual. And I love a good quick colorful liner on a day to day basis.

I went to Sephora the other day and saw it in person and was STUNNED by how much prettier this is in person. For me, there's something about the tones in the Retro palette that just don't flatter my skin tone. I'm loving this palette though.

I think My Dream palette is my favorite midi. My 2nd favorite is Zendo, then bronze, then retro, then Glam.
