Unless one has read the books, the comparisons of Caleb/Hanna and Mike/Hanna are going to be unbalanced. One was actually written in the show while the show made Mike/Hanna almost nonexistent except for this scene. You can't compare chemistry to a couple the writers of the show never even tried with.
