I guess you could say that life itself is an applicable practice session for the abilities that become our living skills, and the question that remains to ask ourselves is are these skills then being used in an appropriate way, as in a way that feels right, (not good,) to the part of us that understands how the reality of freedom and free will comes with boundaries of behaviour that respect the souls of self and other.
