So very sorry to hear someone say they had problems with the Mitchell trousers but in a perverse way it gave me a boost as I just made them with all the bells and whistles and I am so happy with them. I took my time and they came together perfectly. (I agree that the Closet Core zip fly method is good - as is the Merchant and Mills. )I must stop thinking I am “only a beginner” .
