I get what you mean about the work anxiety and need for feedback at all stages. It’s really helpful (not just at year end!) my company have really started to focus on feedback (both ways ie from employees and management too) and while it is scary having a culture of constant feedback it helps you know where you stand and avoid any uncertainty. Also I started your video with the speed at 0.75, and I was getting worried, you sounded ill and loopy. Then I put it at normal speed and, well, you sounded like yourself!^^
