Theroy: The funny thing is that only animals eyes glow when being recorded or in pictures, I think Chloe turned into an animal after drinking the "tea". The tea was full of minnows which turn into frogs. So maybe a frog was growing into her and mixed with her genes and that's why her eyes glew in the footage. And then she turned into an dog. So therefore the tea she drank had some microorganisms that can change DNA that made her pass out and then it made her crazy after, so that is why she transformed!!
