It was actually the woman. When the lady almost ran you over with the stroller, she told you to watch where you were going. The stalker, being a stalker, saw this and got mad. Since he was so mad, he unalived the woman’s baby. That’s why she was crying and had an empty stroller, and why the crying stopped when she left.
