They're from Taiwan, but depending on how they introduce themselves, they might get some flak from cnetz. ("I am from Taiwan" vs "I am from Chinese Taipei") That's probably why they avoided it.

She is / was also member of a Japanese idol group named 'NECRONOMIDOL' but they are on indefinite hiatus.

After seeing the group Les Serrafim, it is definitely not easy to check for Japanese. She have the wrong idea that Japanese is shorter, just see Kazuha and Chaewon, Kazuha is much taller than Chaewon and she is Japanese. And Sakura have a lean face and she wears modern clothes in Korea that makes her not look like Japanese if she does not speak in Japanese. And Mire is definitely trolling in her pronunciation and her very modern dress code that makes her looks very Korean out of the other members which results in her early elimination. And even I think that the first member is Japanese based on her looks, mannerisms, dress code and pronunciation, with practice, she will be very good in Japanese. And the Japanese lady Uka is just asking basic phrases which does not help in checking as they have practiced these basic pronunciation questions like Ta Ti Tu Te To beforehand. The last question asked about their hometown are the best as it shows that they do not understand the questions asked and are not able to answer these questions but it is still difficult to deduce as they could be acting.

Hyunbin and Songsun are the most Korean-looking people there how'd they screw that up lmfaooo. Soeun looks Japanese-Korean, and both Kelly and Jia don't look JP or KR so process of elimination would say they're either Chinese or SEA. Jia looks kinda Singaporean tbh. Mire also looks like a Japanese-Korean. It's a shame the Taiwanese members can't say where they're from though. Only country in the world that can't say their own country name in Kpop.

I actually thought on the begining that number 1 was Japanese because I've been watching Japanese movies twice a day and I'm pretty sure many Japanese girls look like number 1 and the number 6 at the beginning really look like a korea because of her face and style,and i was shock when at the end number 6 was Japanese because she speak Japanese so well!, but number 1 did a pretty great job acting and all the members !
