Hey I am also from Germany. In my opinion number 6 was the most exciting guy. He seemed pretty intelligent and open minded, I would have loved to have a conversation with him if I was her. At university I love to talk to exchange students about different cultures, languages and habbits. She could have asked him so many intersting things about his interest for different languages or countries or about traveling. I felt sorry for him, when she continued to ask about his origin, I mean that shouldn't matter anyway.

Being or at least acting confident and open minded in a conversation with new people is an important skill, especially when you visit an European country. Many people just won't start a conversation on their own, because they are too shy (I can tell, I mean I used to be one of those shy girls as well). At some point I started challenging myself to speak to random people, who I met, e.g. at university or when I was travelling. Nowadays I've got friends from different cities and countries, due to the fact that I made the first move and started a conversation. So I would say try to stay like that when it comes to meet new people and don't be afraid of language mistakes or anything like that, that's natural and authentic.
