Mental health is a critical topic for many people, especially young people. Thank you Eric for bravely addressing the stigma that is sometimes attached to seeking counseling with a therapist, namely in various cultures/countries. The more that this issue is brought up and discussed, the more the stigma weakens, and, hopefully, the more comfortable people will be in seeking help when they need it. Really enjoyed this clip from your interview with Lauv! Eric, you are so well spoken and your questions are always thoughtful and relevant. Thank you.
