This tutorial is fine and I appreciate you taking the time to explain the move to us. I would add that the wrist motion is important, especially after taking out the middle packet and having it be against the middle finger. The rolling part, getting the pinky to touch the short edge of the packet, and doing the scissor cut motion I think is difficult. At the end of the day, it all comes down to just practicing the move until you get it down

Very late, but love this tutorial! I especially love the performance at the beginning, so clean, such a good style!
@cothvideo1695 жыл бұрын
I liked the slowness of it but some of the movements were really difficult and unexplained. You have to think that we are doing this the first time so the muscle memory you have built up by doing it a hundred times doesn’t apply to us
@nthmpsn4 жыл бұрын
I see where you're coming from but this is an advanced cardistry tutorial for advanced cardists so you should already have lots of muscle memory and be very familiar with handling cards

Not hundreds , thousands ..

Cloutzyy Every flourish is different and requires a new acclamation of muscle memory. This being an "advanced" cut has nothing to do with it. Also, this is probably considered higher-level intermediate, as this is not an advanced cardistry flourish

Everyone is saying that is a bad tutorial, but actually it is not that bad I learned the move and that all what matter (I am beginner by the way). I believe if he only missed something in his tutorial it's gonna be that he didn't mention the wrest movement while it does play a big part in the move (look at his performance at the beginning and u gonna see how important it is). But after all he give the basics of how to do the move and the rest is on us to practice it till it become better.
