Dunno if it's been pointed out already, but Monstro's Lung actually does synergize with Glare's attack, causing the sword to have a chance of releasing a random splash of tears in all directions as it strikes the ground. It's almost useless since the splash has such pitiful range and I don't think the splash takes on any other tear effects, and really hard to notice with everything else going on.
