Thanks for this video, year 2023 was a terrible year for me personal ever since the pandemic and self love is one of my main goal in my life for 2024. For me it's a 4.5 out of 10, I have started all in your awesome list but the truth is the mind and body takes time to heal, my healing time is going to take over a year or two, alot of work. One, thing I have learned is that to make way for the new you that is healed and better you, you first need to clear out all of the bad you and its going to make you doubt, fail and cry (even in the inside), but their is great power in love, faith and hope when trying to make the new you. So, I am so glad that i am seeing more people taking your advice Lavendaire. Year 2024 will be a excellent one to remember.

I feel like I'm at 7 to 7.5. I journal every night for a week of consistency, which I am proud of; I write my daily gratitude, something that makes me happy, something of which I am proud. I take care of myself by simply taking a bath, eating properly, and sleeping for 7-8 hours a day. I do say good and positive things about myself in my mind. I buy things for myself without even feeling guilty, which really makes me happy. I say no to people; I've been vocal about what I feel towards someone's actions and words towards me; I really protect myself more. Your message really inspires me to continue this journey because it's really nice to love yourself and be with yourself no matter what. It's really not linear; there are days that you will feel sh*t, but there is always something in that day that will make you feel good about yourself.
