Philippines has the right to defend itself it was the years 90's after the US pulled out their military base in Subic Clark. Philippines allowed the Chinese to built for their temporary fisherman shelter in one island in Phl territory, but, China it break the agreement. China should dismantle all its infrastructures, halt all reclamations, and take full accountability for the damages caused in the West Philippine Sea. China insisted their historical claim, but it is invalid in international law, the 2016 Arbitral Tribunal Ruling is final and binding on the Parties and called on the PRC to abide by its obligations under international law. We should stop recognized the One China Policy. Only China creating tension in Phl EEZ territory.

This does not seem to be a matter of concern for the enemies of Russia and communist China when Ukraine (a country who does not have a navy) has successfully made the Russian Black Sea fleet obsolete by only using drones. If the Russian Pacific fleet is anything similar then the once mighty Russian Navy has been surpassed by even the communist Chinese who have never fought a real naval battle in over 200 years.
