Hello Sir, it is my humble request, sir pls give me your valuable advise in my case...our land aquired by HUDA in 1978 & compensation deposited in treasury ( as per LAO) and partly physical possession taken on 1996. We didnot given written conscent under section 18 to accept such compensation. Court case was going on till 2009 but after that we giveup. It is requested to pls give your valuable suggestion/advise that can we claim compensation under new act 2013. If yes ,pls share any details of a lawyer who can fight this case for us Thanks n Regards Vikas Baijal
