I think body awareness is the key, to later assume a feeling and "let it expand", the body will often "cringe" when the subconsious is not in alignment with your desires, and certain blockages will be felt, and as you watch these feelings come up then fade, you can then fill the "void" with your desired frequency/feeling. I love this subject so to further tickle your curiosity there are countless books worth exploring "letting go a pathway to surrender" "the Sedona Method"

Hello Lenka, how are you ?? I just graduated my Bachelor program in Mechatronics which is only 3 years because I am a Lateral Entry Student who have previously studied Diploma in Mechatronics for 3 years. My question is that do I have the same ECTS Credits as comparing to other students who pursued Bachelor program in 4 years ?? Am I eligible to apply for Erasmus Mundus Scholarship ??

Hy can you guide me please. I applied for my passport a month on urgent basis and i still have not gotten it maybe wont got it before six to seven months because of some issues going on in my country... i have to apply for this erasmus programme whose deadline is in November.... what should i do if i dnt get my passport till then?
