Respected Sir, I am extremely grateful to you for enlightening us. My question is that if in a particular case an ad-interim injunction order is granted to the plaintiff and the defendant got it interim suspension in an appeal in the High Court. Again the defendant approached the tribunal through one of his co-partner and obtained a temporary injunction order against the plaintiff till the disposal of the suit. What remedy do the plaintiff have. Can the second temporary injunction order be stayed by the Tribunal as the first suit filed by the plaintiff is still pending.
