आदरणीय आपने जो मार्गदर्शन दिया है उससे मेरे सारे कॉन्सेप्ट क्लियर हो गए है । मेरी बहु ने 125crpc में बहुत झूठ बोला है । एक बार तो उसका अंतरिम भरण पोषण आवेदन निरस्त कर दिया । उसने पुनः अंतरिम भरण पोषण का आवेदन किया उसमें भी शपथ पत्र के सभी कॉलम लागू नहीं लिख दिया जबकि हमारे पास पूरे दस्तावेज उपलब्ध है । अब 340 का आवेदन लगाना पक्का हो गया । आपने जो सम्बल बनाया दिल से बहुत बहुत आभार ।😢😢

Excellent info on Perjury case process Sir. Most people don't have any idea about case for Perjury. i as an aggrieved party wanted to file case for perjury, but no one seemed to know the process. We are not sure of format to follow.

But the problem is in purgery before court ultimately gets initiated with complaint by court itself and gets conducted at other court. Since, the judge becomes complainant here, he/ she becomes reluctant to be part of the proceeding later there, if needed presence or so..

I am requesting court since last aug 2010 requesting court that document given to court are fake but court doesn't listen my regest where brother many time hostile also my cross to brother over aug 2023. Know d 3 cross is govt agency in next date .case is on track of prolong line .can I file 340 giving my various reguest to listin .my counsil not co operative over this issue .

Plz correct or edit your speech- Sir you should have know the sections of dowry death 304B & causing death by negligence 304A of IPC respectively. In this speech you have referred WRONG SECTION 304A of IPC for Dowry Death in place of 304B of IPC. SO KEEP IN MIND BEFORE POSTING WRONG SECTIONS.
