No one much loves legal research and writing. You should not spend a ton of time on it. (Your future employers care a lot more about your grades in substantive classes). But it has to get done. How can you do legal research and writing faster and more effectively?

I have a question for the creator of this video. Are law school students required to draft something from memory without being allowed to look at books or notes for their legal writing and research research class in law school during their final exam for their legal writing and legal writing class?
