Goodluck on your exams! I found this to be very motivational as I haven't been able to balance law school and my personal life. I literally get anxiety when I'm out for 30 minutes😒. So it's very refreshing to see you do that. As silly and broad as it is, how do you mantain or try to maintain the balance?

Thank you!! I’ve gotten better at this but having weekends off of uni work regardless of how much work I’ve done has been a game changer (even just doing this for one day a week would help) it helps to set boundaries and you will still be able to get everything done & get excited for the weekend. Also utilise Parkinson’s law - only allow yourself set amounts of time to finish tasks, otherwise they will expand to fill time you have. Make plans with friends and stick to them. If you’re out of the house you literally can’t be doing work, so hopefully that will help with the guilt. It’s definitely a process but so worth gaining perspective - you’re allowed to enjoy life as well as getting good grades etc!

I admire how you utilize time efficiently... studying and vlogging. Did learn that on your own or mentoring. I had to look at the video right through to the end, in the midst of mosquitoes!
