It seems like a lot of people confuse difficulty with the amount of work there is. Sure, it can be difficult to complete all of the work, but that doesn’t mean the coursework itself is difficult
@aliyousifeisaal-shuwaili943110 ай бұрын
So the course isn’t really hard to just pass?

Maybe they're just tired of talking to even mince everything for a youtube video. In a stressful environment, you choose the things worth stressing about.
@neverbackdown19182 ай бұрын
Well, difficult can mean different things, but it can be separated into two parts: complexity and volume of work. So there is simple and complex, as well as small or large volume of work. Simple and low volume = really easy Complex and Low Volume = Hard Simple and High Volume = Hard Complex and High Volume = Extremely hard

As a business and marketing major, we also study law so I don't think law school will be harder for a person who studied business since business is full of maths and as a math hater, law school would be way better than business school. Also we study corporate, business and tax law in business program so we already have experience of hell.

Weird question for you. I am writing a short story. If I win every lottery drawing for three month in a row, and then go on record as saying that I got the winning PowerBall and Mega Millions numbers from my great grandson who traveled back in time...is that insider trading? Would that be legal? What if I said that God sent an angel to me in a series of dreams, and that is how I got the winning lottery numbers? Would the government try to take away my winnings if my time traveling great grandson gave me the numbers? ...if I said that an angel from Heaven gave them to me?
@Poplinman11 күн бұрын
That's an interesting question. Insider trading is when you use non-public knowledge, like confidential company information, to gain a stock market advantage. Maybe one could argue time travel is a form of non-public information, but lottery tickets are not stock trading. That would maybe fall under some fraud statute. I think a court would have trouble holding someone liable for that under current law. If time travel existed, legislature would need to make new laws to prevent that.
@matthewwriter953910 күн бұрын
@@Poplinman I can just see the public reaction if: 01. I win evey lottery drawing for a month. 02. I get on the news. 03. I tell everyone that God sent an angel to me in a dream, which gave me the winning numbers. 04. The government investigates me for "insider trading", saying that that information from God is not public knowledge. 05. How many Christians believe my story and write in that the government should leave me alone.

Law school is basically just reading comprehension. Now if it had quantum physics and advanced mathematics, thats a whole different story.
@emilyau80233 ай бұрын
It's actually a lot of writing, and the law books are written very pretentious to deliberately make it more difficult. There are also a lot of court cases a person needs to know, so it's testing various parts of the brain even if it's not as analytical.
