This is why the judge has been so patient with her & given her so many chances already with the list of lawyers she’s gone through-because he knows full well what a nightmare she’s going to be representing herself in court. Nothing makes this woman happy, she’s impossible to please, takes no accountability for her own actions whatsoever, and is delusional thinking she’s the victim in this case. the presumption of innocence is the foundation of the justice system. if the judge believes this, it's his ethical duty to recuse. i know it seems silly given the evidence, but the judge must come in completely neutral, assuming there may be an explanation for any evidence he's already aware of; so if he said that, he would get booted off this case immediately lmao. legally, this absolute clown who drunkenly murdered her fiancé is innocent.
@projectionv.accountability10104 ай бұрын
@zubetp No, she's presumed innocent for all of those reasons that you stated... as if the original comment was not joking, and as if we don't already know the concept of impartiality. She is still accused, she pleads not-guilty, but she is not "innocent". She'll either be found guilty or not-guilty of each charge. Until that point, she is accused and things are alleged in the eyes of the law- but that is not the same thing as innocent.
