To sit here and brainwash your child to confess to a crime she did not commit is nothing short of narcissism at its finest, imagine your mother killed your father and coax you to take the fall, I can’t even imagine the amount of healing that this child is going to have to do when her mother goes to prison for life.

My husband said that the little girl wouldn't be able to shoot a 38 handgun or aim and fire without the gun going offin a violent resulting in the gun moving upwards. The little girl didn't shoot her father.

What gets me about this kid, is she's all emotional now at age 15, nearer 16, yet she didn't shed a tear when it happened aged 7? She just went to school like normal? BS!!

He would drug her water?? Really?? How does a child know that? This charade was an embarrassment to the criminal justice system and this attorney needs to go before the ethics committee for knowingly putting lying witnesses on the stand.

None of this seems true which if it isn't is shocking that the mother is putting her child through this. How is her dad sitting when she shot him if he was beating the mother? What are the odds a third party just arrives and immediately shoots again then threatens them with death if they tell anyone. Then a young girl just behaves normally at school after all that. Sorry this seems fanciful

Where’s all the Kleenex for her daughter? When she testified she kept grabbing tissue after every question but with her daughter she can’t manage a tear? Also Isabelle sounds very rehearsed, if she’s the one that did it then why can’t they try her as an adult?

She's been well coached but she's saying too much though in defense of her mother and comes across as biased and a liar, she thinks the jury will buy her little act, i think not.

The testimony is too elaborate; she was 7 when this incident supposedly happened.

@@geoffpoole483 yes and most 7yos would struggle to pull the trigger on most guns, it's not like they are like toy guns and you just click the trigger, you really need some strength to shoot some guns and for a 7yo to perfectly shoot someone in the head and then say nothing happened and she saw no blood isn't believable at all.

The mom had years to tell her daughter “the story.” I wouldn’t shame this girl. She lost her dad, and now her mom- she had years of manipulation from her mother. Also… regardless of who did it the mother didn’t report a MURDER.
