So the male cheerleader (Ty, @ 14:48) not only admitted to hazing Cedric - which according to state law in NY, can be classified as either a misdemeanor or a violation, depending on the degree - he also admitted to sexually assaulting him... why in the Hell didn't they cuff him there?! For a Special Victims Unit, this felt like a huge mistake.

Because nowadays gays are a protected class. Gays trying to turn straight people gay is a kink for them, and you can’t discriminate against kinks in the modern day! For the Gridiron Soldier one, I’m on the defendants side. It doesn’t matter if your gay or straight, if you hit on someone and they tell you to stop, you stop. Too many LGBT folks think that sexual harassment and assault laws don’t apply to them, and try to spin it when they get rejected. Ty deserves to be severely punished. Funny thing is that they do apply and when LGBT folks do get prison time, 90% are in for sexual and violent crimes. And worse, the Sargent was willing to let go what happened to him because the offender is gay. I lost all respect for her character for that. She deserves to rot in prison for this and the routine violations of law she does every day. If I were the defense attorney I’d charge Stabler with discrimination and malicious prosecution. That first clip cuts off before the mum that bullied the teenager then attacked one of the cops. Her daughter was distraught that all her family was in jail, but the dad of her boyfriend who was murdered took her in and was going to help her raise her child/his grandchild.

@campfire_cat what makes it worse is that the cheerleader was coerced into it by the football team. Sure, he could've said no - but they backed him into a corner until he had no choice. And besides, Cedric was only assaulted because the team and the coach were butthurt he chose another team's offer instead of them and thought r4ping would be an acceptable punishment. The male cheerleader and his entire squad were charged but got light sentences most likely because they were coerced into the act by a bunch of vengeful little boys who can't take no for an answer.

*We ve been trying to get a retraining order against that girl for over a year and nobody cared. Now that someone killed her. You are acting like it s some kind of tragedy* That s how you make sure no one cared about the 4 accused ones. One murdered(by one of her "friends"), the one that murdered her is sent to jail for her crime, the other 2 charged due to being accomplices. I am glad those 4 got a fitting end considering Agnes life didnt improve at all after they were sent to jail. At least they didnt get away like many others in other episodes

Hey, Folks. I have an idea for another video of SVU. There is an episode called Streetwise: when the body of a socialite is found dead in Central Park, investigation leads to a family of poor people. It’s just a suggestion.

I felt sorry for the Agnes character, honestly. I myself wasn't bullied in high school, even though there was plenty cause to be (I was goth and pretty cringe, but pretty sociable and outgoing) but I was friends with all of the cliques, even the jocks to some extent and I've seen what happens when people, especially teens, get pushed too far. Didn't see anything escalate quite THIS badly, but it still got pretty bad. Everyone's got a breaking point.
