Can't All India medical council do anything for medical administration in WB.state medical council seems to be defunct either or party to something different and deeper. Since CBI is handling the case many skeletons May surface. Something the lady doctor saw or knew which could implicate some topshots in the state.This could be the reason for this crime and if that be so then she wouldn't be the only person.

No. There is no such binding on this forensic expert to expedite PM. He is an independent authority who can't be brought under pressure by anyone. He has his own SOP and code of conduct to follow. If he has come under pressure, he is a coward.
